Quinoa Chocolate Porridge

This is heaven. Quinoa cooked in a creamy chocolate milk. Delicious and super easy to make too.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup cooked quinoa
100 ml coconut milk
100 ml water
2 tablespoons sweetener
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 ½ tablespoons cacao
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon

To make:

Add all ingredients to a saucepan. Allow the mixture to boil gently, then reduce to a simmer and simmer until the liquid halves. Serve in a bowl with berries, crushed nuts and a sprinkle of extra chia seeds. Serves 1
