These are so easy to make and are utterly delicious. These chocolate babies take less than a few minutes to make and then all you need to do if quickly pop them into the freezer to set. You will have a chocolate fix in under 10 minutes- total. *Hail*
And the better news is: I’m sure you have these ingredients laying around. They do use coconut flour but chances are (like me), you have a bag of it which you’re a little stuck using up. If you want more ideas I have a recipe here and here using coconut flour too.
1/2 cup nut butter (I used a chocolate based nut butter)
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Combine all of the ingredients into a small bowl and combine well. Leave the mixture to firm slightly, then roll a tablespoon of mixture into balls or press into a silicone ice cube tray. Set in the freezer for 10 minutes. Store in the fridge for best consistency. If you would like you could dip these into a raw chocolate sauce. See here for a recipe. Enjoy.
