This tastes like a mug of hot creamy chocolate. It has been my go- to breakfast recently because it is that simple, fast and so so delicious! I know that you will absolutely love it (as will children who will never know it is healthy!).
This pudding is packed with omega 3 which is super amazing for your body. Omega 3’s help to fight inflammation, support a healthy heart and brain and help with digestion. A perfect way to boost your children’s omega 3 intake and your own in the most delicious way!
1 cup coconut milk
3 heaped tablespoons chia seeds
1 heaped tablespoon cacao nibs
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon cacao butter shavings/ scoop of coconut oil
1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)
1.5 teaspoons cacao
1 teaspoon vanilla powder/ cinnamon
Pinch sea salt
Add all of the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until the mixture comes to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Simmer for a few minutes until the chia pudding thickens, the cacao butter/ coconut oil has melted and the pudding is warm.
