1. They tune into their feelings and emotions.
Taking the time to be mindful of how we are feeling is an important part of crafting a life that you truly love living. Being able to understand what you are feeling and why -and- then accept this as information, helps you to make self serving and self loving decisions and inspired actions.
What a significant number of people do is numb or escape their emotions and feelings, through food, alcohol and many other ways which might distance them from the discomfort, but it certainly doesn’t solve or teach them anything. Essentially you can run and hide but when you come back out you will still be left facing those feelings and emotions that you initially tried to escape.
