Creamy- Pudding like- Silky- Delicious. Chia puddings: you have my heart.
This breakfast is perfect. It’s full of saturated fat (fear not: saturated fat- a terribly bad word to describe such a great food group- is amazingly satiating) which powers your body on-and on– and on a bit more (fabulous for school kids sitting through the morning listening and learning). It’s gluten free– which ain’t for everyone- but for some people limiting gluten, especially in the morning if your metabolism might be slower to warm up- can help with digestion and generally feeling good (think less bloated, sore stomach, lethargic etc)….
