- On certain days or after whipping yourself at the gym you’re allowed to eat ‘special’ foods. Just a bit though.
- You eat super clean. So clean, you don’t trust anything that hasn’t been made by you or passed your nutritional analysis. Which makes you, like, such a wonderful dinner guest….
- What you eat changes as much as a facebook-obsessed friend’s status updates. One minute you’re vegan, then raw vegan, then sugar free + raw + vegan. No one, including yourself can keep up.
- You secretly believe that you will be more worthy, loved and successful when you lose ‘x’ kilograms. All you want is to be thin

WHAT IS PRO-FOOD COACHING?
Pro-food coaching is like a breath of bull-shit-free fresh air that helps you ditch dieting forever and stop the inner-skinny-girl ruling your goddamn life to (finally) flex your ‘food freedom’ muscles.
Hold up perfect-lifestyler! Before you start freaking out about who you’d be if you weren’t on a diet, let me give it to you straight:
On the other side of your food obsession is true liberation. But to get there? You’ll have to face up to yourself. I wish I could sugar-coat this for you. But then, you probably believe sugar is a poison, so I’ll carry on.
There’s an intelligence within you that knows what you need. You innately know which foods will fuel you (in any given moment), which exercise induces an orgasmic-glow (hell yeah!) and what choices will lead to an incredible life. And this is the intelligence that my Pro-Food Coaching unlocks.
Pro-food coaching is a method of inquiry that helps you put food in its proper place: as just one part of your life, not the whole damn buffet.
WHAT IS MY COACHING APPROACH?
I can’t write you another program or plan (nor do I want to) and I refuse to buy into your food fears (unless your fears are allergy related- that I roll with). I’ll admit my approach isn’t for everyone.
For those who are truly ready to start living life instead of stressing about the nutritional ratios of their next meal and weighing their life through scrutinizing minute grams of sugar, I’ve got your back.
My approach is also perfect for you if your real hunger is for change, meaning you’re ready to gnaw away on action. You value freedom more than you desire staying fearful, guilty and feeling crap. You’re ready to experience peace and sanity around food and your body, both in behaviour and perhaps more importantly in mind.
I can tell you now I’m not the coach for you if you want a quick fix, if you are not ready to do the work, if you’re in denial or if you are still working out if you have an issue. If you want to lose weight and stop reaching for the cookie jar, that’s not my brand of genius either.
So what can you expect from me? You can expect me to call you on your BS, hold space for compassionate, revolutionary thinking around food, and help you rescue that relationship with yourself. Ultimately, I’m devoted to helping you unlearn the problematic thinking about food and your body that have got you here so you can stop letting food and your weight control you and your life.
One more very important thing, I’m not a medical doctor who specialises in eating disorders. If you’ve read my about page, you’ll know that I’m a Life and Wellness Coach who’s personally pulled myself out of the slippery slope that was a health obsession. I’m passionately invested in helping women who don’t even realise how crazy their thinking and behavior has become, but they know there’s a whole lot of ‘cray cray’ going on. In other words, before your socially-approved self-control and self-denial spirals out of control, I step in to save your sanity.
