When I was crazy about food my life was completely different to how it is now. I was uptight, unsettled, disorganised, erratic, moody and quite frankly I was one heck of a controlling bitch! Life had to fit the mould, rather than be moulded into a way that felt good.
I remember trying everything and anything to help myself to feel better.
