Self care. Some people believe you put ‘self’ in front of something and your being ‘selfish’. Big incorrect- want to scream and shout (really loudly)- no!
Let’s be frank: If you think that then honey bust that bubble now. That limiting belief does not belong in your beautiful head.
Here’s what does though: The degree to which you care for yourself, is in my opinion proportionate to how much you love, value and honour yourself.
// A person who loves themselves wont deny their body of nutritious food which makes them feel good.
// A person who loves themselves wont feel guilty saying no to that dinner/ work event/ invitation which they don’t want to attend (because they want a night in, laying around in pjs, watching Notting Hill or the Notebook!).
// A person who loves themselves will lovingly and compassionately move their body, rather than exercise in a way that leaves them depleted, injured and exhausted….
