We all hear her. She’s that voice that holds you back from being that fearless person you ultimately want to be around food and within your body.
So it goes without saying that to change you’re going to need to open your mind up to new ways of doing things…and I’m here to tell you listening to your ‘mean girl’ has got to go.
You probably think I’m going to tell you that in order to start to making change you must silence your ‘mean girl’. But no I’m not, because I don’t believe it’s true. Body acceptance is a path for the brave, but it’s not a path for the fearless. I’ve never met anyone who isn’t fearless to some degree, especially when it comes to their bodies.
