No sugar this, no sugar that. It has created quite a split in the health sphere: To eat fructose or to not eat fructose. That is the question- and – I get asked all the time my thoughts on the sweet stuff, being sugar (well fructose specifically).
Straight up: I’m not the kind of person to ‘tell’ you what to do, but I will help you in this post by lovingly guiding you to think through this question based on how it is you want to feel in life.
Here’s the thing: I’ve done the whole no fructose thing and I’m going to tell you it made me feel crap. And it wasn’t because I was ‘detoxing’ or recalibrating or whatever. I honestly enjoy a little fructose here and there. It makes me feel good, feel satisfied and happy.
And we all want to feel good, be happy and be satisfied in life right?
So why block yourself from this? And that my friends, made me have a light bulb moment where I realised this no fructose thing wasn’t for me.
