These little mouthfuls are absolutely divine, fast and incredibly simple. The basis of a great recipe right?!
These would work well with almonds or any other nut such as macadamias, depending on what you have in the kitchen. To save time you could make the chocolate by melting some of your favourite chocolate (I absolutely adore anything by Loving Earth– serious chocolate crush!).
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
2 tablespoons coconut butter (or other nut butter)
1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder (vanilla essence would work too)
Pinch of sea salt…
