Toblerone breakfast bowl


1-2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, unsweetened
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon sweetener
1 tablespoon nut butter
½ teaspoon maca powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons hazelnuts, plus extra, to serve
½ cup espresso coffee
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon wholegrain oats

chocolate drizzle
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

To make:

Combine everything except for the chia seeds and wholegrain oats into a blender. Blend until the nuts are ground and everything is smooth and combined. Combine the oats and the chia seeds in a bowl. Pour the smoothie over the chia and oat mix. Stir well, to combine. Place the mixture into the fridge to set overnight.

To make the chocolate drizzle combine the cacao powder and the coconut oil. Stir well to ensure a smooth consistency. To serve, pour the drizzle carefully over the toblerone breakfast bowl. Top with extra hazelnuts. Serves 1
